Role of diffusion MRI in diagnosis of mediastinal lymphoma: initial assessment and response to therapy

Abstract Background Malignant lymphoma accounts for nearly 20% of all mediastinal neoplasms in adults and 50% children. Hodgkin’s disease is the most common primary lymphoma. In non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, two forms are lymphoblastic diffuse large B-cell The aim this study to implement diffusion MRI algorithm diagnosis differentiating Hodgkin's from non-Hodgkin's assessment post therapeutic response.
